Kirolos Kahil

Mr. Kirolos joined I&D in 2016. Prior to becoming part of the Energy team, Kirolos gained experience in general corporate work. He advised on procedures that range from incorporation to dissolution of companies and provides assessment and recommended strategies to ease corporate governance. His work also covered IOCs on an array of matters ranging from corporate, preparing agreements and the employment aspects of their oil and gas business in Egypt. He handles research and advisory work in employment, social insurance, taxation and energy matters.
Mr. Kirolos is also seconded to handle all the legal affairs of an international FMCG company.
