May’s practice focuses mainly on advising clients and businesses in technology and media industries. May assists in drafting and negotiating all types of commercial agreements and provides complex legal analysis and opinions in the areas of Antitrust Law (Cartels, Abuse of dominance, Vertical Restraints and Merger Control). May has advised major market players in relation to other areas of the law such as Data Protection, Fintech, and Media.
