Administrative Disputes

Administrative courts deal with orders issued by the state that influence the private sector and disputes between the private and public sectors. Litigation before the Administrative courts is for the purpose of canceling State orders that are issued wrongly and/or seeking remedy for the infringement of rights and/or interests of people resulting from an illegal disposition by any Administrative Authority.

Our Litigation Department has extensive legal and practical experience in handling both standard and complex administrative lawsuit types, such as cancellation lawsuits, which seek to cancel or change a specific decision/order issued by an administrative authority or compel an administrative authority to reconsider a prior decision; Compensation lawsuits, which demand compensation for material or moral damage that occurred as a result of a mistake from the administration; and Administrative contract lawsuits, which resolve any issues arising from a contract to which the administration is a party to it in its capacity.
