Economic Disputes

Although litigation in the Economic Court features only two tires of litigation, namely, Administrative Courts and High Administrative Courts (unlike other ordinary courts), we regularly litigate disputes before the Economic Courts. We have represented clients in significant economic disputes, in which successful results were achieved in major disputes related to company law; Capital Market Law; Investment Law; Monetary Law; Competition Law; Consumer Protection Law; Telecommunications Law; Electronic Signature Law; Banking Law; and Money Laundering Law.

With the support of our Trade and Competition Department, we have a solid record in handling lawsuits concerning competition, in addition to the Litigation Department lawyer’s experience regarding legal actions related to anti-dumping; aviation; agency, and distribution transactions.
