The Intellectual Property Department at I&D offers a complete range of services that include all facets of intellectual property rights in general including, but not limited to patents, trademarks, franchises, copyright, plant varieties, industrial designs, and trade secrets.
IPD provides effective support in the registration of patents and litigation of patent rights. We engage on a full-time basis, a highly competent Ph.D. pharmacist for pharmaceutical patent registration and Patent litigation. We also have access to technical advisors for all other types of patents.
In addition to having a deep understanding of the nuances of intellectual property law, we understand the region. Our in-depth and native knowledge of Egypt’s legal environments enables us to better anticipate our client’s needs, understand the potential risks they face, and, ultimately, provide more successful management of their intellectual property assets. Clients are notified at an early stage of any potential IP conflict.
