Due Diligence: Our Firm conducts due diligence on the land and apartments to be purchased by the client, in order to verify the validity of ownership and the accuracy of ownership documents before completing the purchase process.
Allocation Process: RED guides and facilitates the real estate companies’ participation in public tenders issued by the Urban Communities Authority and other authorities, and in completing all procedures related to the allocation process.
Acquisition: RED guides real estate companies through the process of acquiring land plots offered by the Urban Communities Authority, as well as other authorities in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Land Registration
- Land registration is a pillar to real estate and property laws. RED is committed to offering this service to its clients and cater to any issues in relation to such registrations. Our team has been supporting multiple local and foreign clients in resolving disputes over land titles as well as completing land registration procedures.
- RED assists its clients in obtaining the necessary real estate permits from the competent authorities for the lands purchased, ensuring that all legal requirements and regulations are met.
- RED’s expertise and experience includes handling the procedures for regularizing the status of companies in light of their private ownerships, in accordance with the presidential decrees issued for certain areas within the Arab Republic of Egypt, converting private land ownership from agricultural land to building land.
We have supported industrial companies in the Arab Republic of Egypt. Our firm takes responsibility for finalizing the allocation process with the Industrial Development Authority (IDA) and securing the necessary approvals and permits required for such allocations.
