Batoul is a Junior Associate at I&D. Prior to joining our Firm, she worked at prominent law firms in Egypt, covering practice areas of Corporate and Dispute Resolution.
Batoul has acquired a comprehensive understanding of delivering essential guidance and supporting clients throughout the dispute resolution process, utilizing alternative dispute resolution methods. Her work extends across diverse industries, encompassing various legal disciplines, such as, general and commercial corporate matters. Additionally, she possesses proficiency in drafting memorandums, reviewing, and preparing commercial agreements, and providing sound legal advice and opinions.
