Dr. Bahieldin Elibrachy started his professional career at I&D in 1985. In 1994, he became Managing Partner of the Firm. As Managing Partner, Dr.
Elibrachy has restructured the Firm from a family-run law firm into a Firm following best practice of the world.
Throughout his career, he represented major multi-national companies across various industries and guiding them through million- and billion-dollar transactions.
Among Dr. Elibrachy’s work, he represented and worked on the following: Represented major cement operator in its acquisition of an Egyptian multi-national cement operator worth 15 billion USD, the largest acquisition on the Egyptian Stock Exchanges.
Major electrical and electronics company in its contract to revamp the Egyptian telephone land-line service.
Worked extensively in major projects to revamp the Egyptian railroad service.
Major cement companies in their operations in Egypt.
Leading energy company operating in Egypt in its down-stream business including its successful operation of stores in its gas stations.
Upstream business with major operators in the field.
Advised a pipe-line operator in its transport of gas from Egypt to Israel.
