Mona joined I&D in February 2009.
Mag. Mona O. Abdel Hafiz is the Head of the Corporate Procedural Department. Her practice areas include corporate, employment, entertainment, and sports law. She has experience advising both Egyptian and foreign clients on corporate formation, registration, and licensing, as well as joint venture agreements, liquidation, and transfer of shares.
Mag. Mona is an experienced legal advisor in labor and employment and social insurance law matters, representing private sector employers in labor relations and employment law issues.
She also assists with all aspects of Social Insurance law, including issues related to pensions, cases of vocational injuries, and social insurance contributions.
