He is also experienced as a litigator representing well-known international and domestic clients, especially related to cross-border contractual disputes, highlighting his ability to handle intricate legal challenges with precision and professionalism. • He successfully represented the owners of the well-known Italian clothing brand “Paul & Shark” in a multimillion-dollar dispute.
• Drafted and negotiated contracts worth over USD200 million, related to construction and infrastructure, joint venture and consortium projects, shares and assets sale, purchase agreements. In doing so, he was representing clients such as Elsewedy Electric, Midea Group LTD, etc.
• Represented Midea Group LTD. and Toshiba Lifestyle Company, before the Financial Prosecution Office and the Economic Courts, in a prosecution by the Egyptian Competition Authority.
